Global, regional and national developments over the last decades have placed public governance high on the reform agenda across the MENA region to ensure that public institutions are able to promote inclusive, sustainable and resilient societies. However, public governance challenges are hindering efforts to translate the promise of reforms into impactful change towards better policies and services for people.
