Over the last two decades, the Mediterranean has emerged as a “geopolitical complex”, where energy politics intertwines with security and geoeconomic dynamics. With the war in Ukraine, the relevance of this region has increased significantly. This event provides expert analyses and insights on the role that energy (from both fossil and renewable sources) can play in developing prospects for cooperation, diplomacy, and synergies between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
