Ayman Al Safadi has served as a member of the Senate, where he chairs the Communications and National Guidance Committee and sits on the Judiciary and Foreign Affairs committees, since 2016. Between 2008 and 2011, he was Advisor to His Majesty King Abdullah II and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of State, and Spokesperson for the Government. In 2004, he served as a spokesperson for the United Nations Assistance Mission to Iraq. He was Director of communications at the Royal Hashemite Court and Press Secretary to HRH Prince Hassan. Mr. Al Safadi also founder and served as CEO of Path Arabia, a boutique political consultancy that operated out of Abu Dhabi and specialized in producing policy papers and political analysis of regional issues and international affairs affecting the Middle East. He had been CEO of Abu Dhabi Media Company, and Director General of Jordan Radio and Television Corporation.
