His Excellency Sultan Bin Rashid Al-Khater is a Qatari diplomat serving as the current Qatar’s ambassador to India. He is also a former Qatari ambassador to Indonesia. Previously he worked for Quatar Fuel Additives as General Manager. He holds an EMBA from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Qatar.
